Returns & Exchanges

At Journee, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and seamless exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags in the shipping bag or box and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
